Add-on Options

Looking for something extra? Consider adding: a special project, character meet-and-greet, pizza or ice cream treat to your party reservation. Choose from Canvas Painting, Clay Creations and Slime. $50 for 15 participants and it’s staff lead! Want a Meet and Greet with a Character-its an additional $25. See Below to add pizza to your party.

Our hands-on exhibits are full of fascinating learning opportunities. With so much to discover and explore, your party will be educational as well as just plain fun!

Want to have a GREEN BIRTHDAY?

You can rent primary colored plates, utensils and recycled paper napkins from the museum for your party for only $15. 

Cost:

  • $170 for Full and Sustaining Memberships
  • $225 for Non-Members, Single Parent, No Frills and Weekday Members
  • $350 for Private Museum Rental
  • $6 for each additional guest
  • $50 nonrefundable deposit that is applied towards your total rental cost. If you are unable to make your date, your deposit will be applied to another date pending availability.
  • Final payment will be taken at the end of the party.

Includes:

  • Admission for up to 25 guests (children and adults)
  • We take guest attendance
  • 15 months and under are FREE
  • 2 - hour celebration room reservation
  • You may arrive 15 minutes prior to the time of your rental
  • Unlimited playtime in the museum exhibits
  • Please ensure your party guests have left the party room by the end of your rental time

  • What party hours are available?

    Fridays: 4:00-6:00pm* (Private Rental Only)

    Saturdays: 9:30-11:30am, 12:00-2:00pm and 2:30-4:30pm

    Sundays: 12:00-2:00pm and 2:30-4:30pm

    (*pending availability)

  • Is a Deposit Required?

    A $50 non-refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are applied towards your total rental cost.   Due to limited room, we can not hold dates without a deposit.  If you are unable to mare your date, your deposit will be applied to another date pending availability.

  • Are adults included in the guest total?

    All adults and children are included in the guest total for parties. One (1) adult is required for every four (4) children.

  • Can I bring in my own food and beverage?

    All food and beverages must be purchased from a licensed vendor (grocery stores, restaurants, etc.) This is a WI State food code requirement for groups larger than 20.-


    Hosts are encouraged to take advantage of our Pizza Party Option.


    The Children's Museum of Green Bay is a PEANUT-FREE facility.

  • Can we decorate the party room?

    Yes, you can decorate the party room. If you hang any decorations, we ask you use painter's tape to protect our walls.


    We CANNOT have the following due to insurance:

    • No Open Flames - including birthday candles.
    • No Pinatas
    • No Confetti
    • No Helium Balloons (regular balloons are fine)

  • Are goodie bag items available for purchase?

    Purchase 20 or more single-visit passes you can receive a discounted price of $5 per pass.
