Field trips are asked to be prompt with their arrivals and departures. It is important that groups plan to stay at the museum only for the time allotted. Field Trips are scheduled in a manner that allows everyone to have a pleasant experience at the museum. Arriving early or planning to stay later without prior arrangements will result in a less-than-ideal experience for your group and other museum visitors.
School Bus Arrival: A member of the Children's Museum staff will meet you on your bus upon arrival. Please do not have children exit the bus until instructed.
Buses should drop off and pick up students at the museum's main entrance at the front of the building.

Individual Vehicles: Please have the field trip leader enter the museum to let staff know of your arrival. When all children and adults have arrived, the field trip may enter as one large group and receive further instructions.
